Shipping policy

After placing an order, you will receive a Confirmation Email with all the details along with Address and Phone number, customers should double-check all the information.

Shipping within Pakistan

Shipping within Pakistan is free. In case of exchange or re-attempt of delivery, charges may apply. In case of large orders (more than 10 articles) shipping charges may apply.
Shipping within Pakistan is handled by third party courier partner Leopards Courier or TCS. The delivery Rider will only deliver / hand-over the parcel once payment is cleared. Customers are not allowed to open a COD (Cash on Delivery) parcel before payment. 
Customers should only accept a parcel if it is properly sealed.

International Shipments

International shipments are handled by third party partners Skynet or DHL.
Delivery charges apply, which need to paid in advance while placing order. How the charges are applied? Please refer to FAQs.
Customs and Duties may apply based on the country. These charges are required to be paid by the customer upon intimation by the courier company. In case duties and taxes are not paid in time, the shipment may be withheld or destroyed. Maahe Designs will not responsible for any damages or refunds in such scenarios.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery times vary based on collection, delivery location and order size. Generally, orders are delivered within 3-4 weeks from the date you place your order. For international orders, it may take additional 5-7 working days.
Timelines for International Orders can also vary based on Customs Handling of receiving country and global factors such as flight disruptions. 
Articles available in Instant Delivery section are delivery in 5-7 days within Pakistan, and 15-20 working days for International Orders.
