Where is Maahe Designs based?

We are based in
Lahore, Pakistan. We ship worldwide.

Do we have a store?

Currently we are online only.

We have client diaries and un-filtered videos / images on our Insta page to help you see the fabric up-close and view colors in different light settings. Sizes are true to the size chart mentioned on our website. 

Do we deliver to USA and UK and other countries? What are the delivery charges?

Yes we deliver worldwide. There are delivery charges for International orders. Once you make a Cart on our website and enter your address details and country, the Cart Total will show you delivery charges based on weight (number of articles) and
location. This will be visible to you before you place an order.

Delivery is free within Pakistan.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary based on collection, delivery location and order size. Generally, orders are delivered within 3-4 weeks from the date you place your order. For international orders, it may take additional 5-7 working days.

Articles available in Instant Delivery section are delivery in 5-7 days within Pakistan, and 15 working days for International Orders.

How can I place an order?

On each product page you will select the required size and then add the item in Cart.

Once you have added the desired items to your cart, follow the instructions:

  • Click on the shopping cart and proceed to checkout
  • Enter all the required information
  • Choose the payment method
  • Click 'place order.'

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Cash on Delivery is available for some collections Only for delivery within Pakistan. All international orders need to be Paid in advance.

Is Dupatta available with the suits?

Dupatta can be added separately for any article you order. The basic price shown on the page is for 2-piece stitched suit. You will need to add the Dupatta by checking the box next to “Dupatta”.

Can I modify the order?

To modify any details like address or phone number, change size or add / reduce items in the order, please send us the update on Email maahe.designs@gmail.com or WhatsApp +923226315391

Can the size be changed after receiving the order?

Size can be exchanged in the same article. All size issues should be raised with us within 24 hours after receiving the order. For exchange, the Maahe team will inform details for sending the article back. Once the article and received and checked, then the required size will be dispatched.

What payment options do I have?

  • Bank Transfer
  • Credit / Debit Card Payment
  • Cash on delivery (COD) (Applicable for some collections, only within Pakistan)

Are the colors and sizes exactly as shown?

Fabric and colors are as shown in pictures. There can be very slight variation in color due to different settings on Phone/Laptop screens and partially due to controlled lighting used in pictures.
